Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Guest: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled safari will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the safari, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

2. Park Closures: In the event that Wilpattu National Park is closed by the Department of Wildlife Conservation due to extreme weather or safety concerns, a full refund will be automatically issued.

3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed directly back to your original bank account or payment method within 5-7 business days.
